Our gas chromatograph 7890A (Agilent, USA) is equipped with two split/splitless injection devices, an Agilent 5975C mass spectrometric detector, and an electron capture detector.
Automated high-precision liquid sample injection into the gas chromatograph is provided by the MPS autosampler (Gerstel, Germany), which also allows for fully automated sample preparation using solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and headspace extraction methods, as well as thermal desorption injection into the gas chromatograph with cryofocusing using liquid nitrogen.
This configuration allows for flexible solutions to a wide range of analytical and research tasks related to the detection and determination of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds.
